Irrelevant, his linesman was at fault there. However, it was a penalty. In the build up to the 'penalty' two West Ham player were clearly offside.

Was amazed they disallowed the goal after the foul on Eddy tbh.Couldn't make up my mind, wether today's officials were corrupt or just plain incompetent
Irrelevant? His linesman was the man who should have given the penalty also. So he was at fault twice. So we can take that back to the offside and 'hey presto!', it's no longer 'irrelevant'.Irrelevant, his linesman was at fault there. However, it was a penalty.
We're talking about the ref being incompetent or not. The linesman is a different matter (he was definitely incompetent,).Irrelevant? His linesman was the man who should have given the penalty also. The other one is how they get in our players way, or in the way of a decent pass, we finally knocked one over today, its a wonder that wasn't a booking. From about minute 40 of the game he gave them a free kick almost every time we tackled whilst ignoring virtually every tackle on us.
Its subtle buts its how refs influence games or try too anyway.
