Forest will decide within the next 24 hours whether to go directly to PGMOL, which is already in the spotlight over Mike Dean's admission that he failed to instruct Anthony Taylor to review Marc Cucurella having his hair pulled during Chelsea's London derby with Tottenham last season because he was "a mate".

Surely Dean should be fully investigated and all his performances analysed. Could match fixing be involved?

Stuff comes out like this every now and then,remember mark Halsey and him being told to change a match report i think it was,the media cover these but they quickly disappear as much as they pop up,and yet no real outrage from the media,I wonder why ..
