Referees/Officials

Come off it Frank. The Bravo tackle was only 'controversial' because the rag propaganda machine deemed it so. The reality is that it wasn't even a foul.

And controversial in this context is surely just another word for ridiculous or non-debatable. The Sane offside wasn't ridiculous anymore than the Harry Kane one was. However, the David Luiz non-red card was ridiculous, as was the Kyle Walker shove, as was the James Milner foul on Sterling, as was the Aguero booking for diving against Monaco, as was that ludicrous free kick against Ya Ya on Sunday that led indirectly to Arsenal's winner. We have been absolutely shafted in the big games this season whichever way you wish to cut it
...as was the Sterling non-penalty and subsequent yellow card for diving against Swansea (H); as was the Monreal handball against Arsenal (A); as was the Sterling non-penalty against Everton (A); as was the offside first goal against Monaco (A); etc, etc, etc

I completely agree we have and I am certainly not arguing against that.

My only argument, with one poster, is not every controversial has gone against us. The Sane offside goal being one example and if we make such a claim we sound blinkered and dilute a very valid argument.

The whole it's too early for a card bollox webb came up with has got to stop.until then the video stuff won't work, stick to the rules of the game from the 1st minute onward,if webb is chosen to do it it won't be any good

Be in no doubt that, had the roles been reversed, Pawson would have given a yellow-card be it 30 seconds or 30 minutes into the game. The whole thing is as bent as a nine bob note.

Walton left pretty sharpish and Mason was withdrawn from one of our games at short notice then didn't referee us for over a year. Webb retired quite a few years earlier than he needed to at the end of the following season.
But that's not to suggest that those three were named in the dossier and its entirely scurrilous to also claim that Chris Foy was another on that list. Allegedly.
What is the dossier alleged to have said about them Colin?

Decisions against have been far worse than decisions for but you will never get all of them. It's the accumulation of decisions that has led to this level of anger about it though.

I just wish the players would use it and batter some teams on the back of it and Pep would be more vocal about it.

According to City watch we have never won a game with Craig Pawson in charge: He's also denied stonewall penalties against Leicester and Aston villa and now Arsenal.

Really makes you think!
He's reffed us 8 times since 13/14, when he joined the PL. Two of those were in the FA Cup. We've won 2, drawn 4 and lost 2. The two losses were Sunday and dippers away on New Year's Day. Not great but not quite, 'never won a game with him charge'. He's never refereed a game at the Etihad though, which is a bit odd.

That's not actually true though. He reffed a 4-1 win against Sunderland in 2014.

Let's hope they don't investigate Neil Swarbrick. Never overseen a city loss and the only game we've not managed to win, with him in charge, was Stoke last month. I expect when he's announced as referee for a City game he'll get the usual pelters though.....
