Agree with this. It was just that decision, which I’d also get if it was a lower league game. You can’t do that in a PL game nowadays though.

Pretty much agree. There was one dive at the Arsenal end in the first half he gave, and he's obviously more of a fan of wrestling than I expected - and then the clanger.

I'll be shocked if Walker vs Brighton in the FA Cup semifinal a few years ago isn't being cited as mitigation by the end of the day.

Why? What major decision did he make that he should have gave them? The only major decision he had was the sending off and he completely got it wrong. It's ok to be reasonable, but not at the expense of being right.
