I think you're right there. The ref will say 'no force involved' and that will be that.

I'm sure there are plenty of examples of similar leading to red cards.

More like Bent than horrific. The free kick for a so called foul on their keeper, giving them free kicks for dives etc.
Club should be sending a formal complaint but they wont which is why we keep getting fucked over most weeks

I don't care how decent he was for the rest of the game, the referee is there to get the BIG decisions right.
