Look up the CTA dear boy - its an AGREEMENT (something we don't have withe the EU) that cover free movement between the UK and RoI - its not that hard to find this out you know

Thanks to the CTA we could all (assuming 'we' are British citizens) move to the Republic of Ireland tomorrow and stay there until we die, without any significant formality. You do not need a visa or permission.

This is no longer true of the rest of the EU, alas. How ironic that those who would love to flee the Starmer regime cannot do so except with a visa. Although admittedly if they happen to be rich they will likely get one.
