Ref;s are human and will therefore make mistakes. Its the 50 HD, super slow mo camera's shooting from all angles plus now Hawk Eye that give us the viewer the insight after the event to see these errors being made.
My favoured the ref;s continue to make mistakes and just live with the fact that TV shows them up from time to time.
Alternatively use TV to the max - not for me as it will result in a stop start game with absolutely no controversy - reduced to a league that can be played out on a computer game there will be nothing to talk about we can all go home and Bluemoon can shut up shop. Every May we can all get an e-mail confirming how the algorithms have decided how things panned out - just like F1 really...............
