Relegation Fight - 2021/22 | Norwich, Watford & Burnley relegated

Watford relegation confirmed after their 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace.
 
The only surprise is it wasn't confirmed earlier. Watford have the firepower to stay in the league it's their defence that's total dogshit, bringing in a defensive manager in Hodgson who stifles the attackers ehich is thr best part of their squad and can't suddenly tighten up a defence that poor was never going to work. Their only chance was to go all out attack, they'd have taken a battering off the top half sides but they could have beat enough of the teams around them to stand a chance.

See you again in 2-3 years time and 8-10 managers later Watford.
 
Tarkowski to miss the remainder of the season for Burnley, apparently. That is a disaster for them and could be decisive.
Maybe the inbred twats will write a letter to UEFA about it
 
That defeat has fucked Burnley. Leeds (for being Leeds) or Everton (for being one of the five to start the PL) would have been funnier but Villa at home was Burnley's best chance to add to their points tally.
 
Burnley’s injuries mounting and Leicester looked flat out in Rome, so I suspect Everton will take at least a point. Arsenal will probably have too much for Leeds, who then host Chelsea and Brighton, neither of whom are consistent. It’s reached the stage where draws may be enough to keep one side up.
