Religion is 100% carrot shit, a bearded guy in the sky looking down demanding we get on our knee’s and prey to him WTF!!!!

All he/she needs to do is poke his/her head out of clouds and greet us for 30 seconds - then we know….all religions then come together and everyone around the world lives in peace.

Until that happens, up yours god, swivvle and suck my fart!

I’d rather go straight to hell then spend eternity with a God in heaven who watches people suffer and is bound to be a Rag sucking on George Best’s bollocks

Yup. People should be free to believe what they want SO LONG AS it doesn't impinge on the freedom or liberty of others. Sadly, some religions are a bit shit in this respect.

It’s the very least we can do given the two millennia of abuse, torture and death their previous religious adherents put upon those that believed in a different and/or no deity.

They, unlike people burned at the stake or stoned to death, can always avoid clicking on the thread and save themselves said mocking for irrational belief system.

I disagree . Billions of people worshiping a non existent diety is not good for the future of our species! Its like kids growing into adulthood and still beliving in Santa Claus. The sooner we deal with reality ,as a species , the better.
Its better to admit that we don't know if theres a creator out there , then to make up fairy tales about it.

I look forward to the time when teachi...FORCING religion on to children is classed as child abuse. And rightly so...the amount of mental problems religion has caused children over the years will be way higher than pother kinds of child abuse.

False solace. You don't need lies to comfort children.. Father Christmas will do the job ;)
People only stay believing because they're too scared to question their faith. It plays on the fear of what happens when we die....otherwise NOBODY would bother with religion.

Exactly. I was religious for the most part of my life , I didnt even dare question my beliefs, took some suffering in my life to make me question it and to make me wake up from the absurdity of being a religious person. Ive never looked back since!
To this day I still don't know why I was believing in that non-sense for so long.
