Is there some that have feel that they have benefited from Buddhism? (Dont see Buddhism as religion, but this is the thread nearest to that). That have tried to learn it and feel that the mental practice and diffrent approach to thinking have helped you?

I see Buddhism is way to think better, change the mental mind to see things diffrently and improve yourself in diffrent aspects of life and situations.

The Japanese way of Shintoism have similar path and i think it will benefit in a similar way.
