Relocating Season Ticket - We've regressed - Whats going on?!

I've been in the 50's for ages now. Every system will have its critics based on circumstance but using phone lines for something like this is a ridiculously backward step customer service wide. How many people are going to get through and then discover they can't relocate after being on hold for 3 hours?

Exactly, I've been on 160 for 15 minutes!

I'll be raging for a good few minutes if I don't get a seat so apologies if anyone is 161 in the queue

On at 9. Was 155. Took almost 3 hours. Guy told me they are still using Windows 98 in the ticket office. Unbelievable. That said we got 3 in SS Upper saving £1100 in total so happy days (and dry ones)

I got there for 7.45am and there were a dozen people in the queue.

Managed to relocate from SS3 to SS2 but could only get two seats together, with mine four rows back.

As it is, I will probably have to move again to the Family Stand. My little lad has been on the waiting list less than a month and has already been offered a season card opportunity next week.

Found it bizarre, though, they wouldn't make an exception for me to bring forward the date in which I can get a seat next to an eight-year-old.

There seemed to be loads of single seats but all dotted around.

They are rather clueless at times with processes.

Anyway Family Stand is where it is at :)

ive got a feeling that that will be me tbh, even though there are 2 seats together in front of me, two seats together about 6 seats to the right and 3 seats together about 5 rows infront that are only used for about 3 games a year ffs

His window is Sat 28th May at 1pm. Seems stupid they don't create the provision for kids who are becoming card holders to sit with their parents.

I will say this, there will be loads in SS3 - so many were getting rid and moving.
Cheers tolmie ... yeah my little one is eligible Friday I believe ... CB lvl3 where I sit so fingers crossed we should get a couple together but still means moving from the rest of the family.
