It works on Internet Explorer but not on Chrome for some strange reason.

If you use a mac, it works on google chrome, not safari

I was 11 in the queue but dropped out. I'm happy in Level 3 of the South Stand, but just wanted to see if I could get a few seats lower down. I'm too cheap to move anywhere else.

This is weird. Have you resolved it?

Sorted - they had sold me a disabled ticket and moved me to the next available seat. Got through in 20 mins this morning and the guy was very helpful and has sorted us 2 tickets in SS3 near front. Tickets are becoming available all the time as and when people move, its pot luck really on when you get through.

Its weird the ss3 because if you go on the seat planner for matchday tickets there is loads of them (and they dont sell either when its £50 for West Brom at home on telly). What % of the stand is season tickets?
