Relocating Season Ticket - We've regressed - Whats going on?!

I've just had a Eureka moment and those of you reading this first and will save yourself hours on the phone can buy me a pint pre match next season.

I chose to pay my 16/17 ticket by DD when I renewed it recently. I'd always paid in full previously.

Instead of choosing the long queue when ringing, I chose the DD option and was instantly 2nd in the queue. 30 minutes later and after being extremely nice to the girl who answered (who admitted she shouldn't really be doing this), I'd relocated.

It's probably best not telling them that you've read the handy hint on here, and, simply dress up the call as a query on how the DD works or something.

Good luck blues.

I hope I've helped you.

If you only read this in 30 minutes time, others have seized the initiative before you!

I just dialled again quickly and was at 104 in the queue. Does anyone know whether 211 or 212 is full? I won't bother otherwise.

Hugh Ferris, "if you would wish to take a short survey at the end of this call"... fuck off you annoying plastic presenter.

Just called now and was position 102 so knocked it on the head. Danny Wilson needs to take a long hard look at himself as it's a fucking shambles and something Franny Lee and Peter Swales would have been proud of.

So does the "Waiting List" get a go tomorrow?
If SS Level 2 & 3 are already sold out I'd expect them to be able to fill Level 1 SS and Level 1 NS with new applicants if they choose to do so.
Would they deem to sell the annoying unfilled blocks in NS Level 1 that were present at most minor games last year?
If they must keep back a certain % for match day sales or players complimentary tickets can't they make them at the back of L1 or in ES3 or CB3 out of the way, at least not in large blocks anywhere!
