Relocation for the Derby Fail by City

I have an ST in the SS Level 2 and got the email from City a few weeks back asking me to relocate and chosse another area which I did. I'm also on all the cup schemes, having not had the usual ten conformations via Text or email I have been trying to ring City all day and finally got through at 1830, only to be told they are unable to tell where I have been moved to and said I need to attend the box office in person tomorrow to find out as it is not on the system and may have been overlooked but I'm defintley not in my usual seat.

What shambles, there is possibilty that when I turn up tomorrow I will be told there is no seat for me due to an error, has anybody else had any problems with this.

Have you checked your order history?
 
relax mate - you have a seat, simply go to the guys with the "got a question?" bibs on and they will tell you where to go
 
I didn't get an email for both Liverpool or utd, but my seat details are in my order history on the website

On my order details it says the money went out on 22/12/2011 but still shows my own seat, as other people have said I will turn up on the day and speak to one of the PDA guys.

On a final note last time I was relocated two of us were given the same seat, that was a rite bloody Kurfuffle I tell thee

The Ticket Office Manager was called Steve Robinson when I last heard. However, Danny Wilson is Head of Supporter Experience and very good at getting problems resolved easily.
 
Danny Wilson sorted us out when our Champs League ticket order got cocked up by the box office. Send him an email and you'll probably be surprised how quick he sorts the mess out.
 
Well I have been to the Stadium and the big secret that the girl couldn't tell me on the phone last night is that I've moved from seat 308 to seat 303 same block same row
