Remaining Difficult Fixtures(City and United)

West Ham away could be difficult for them as it was for us, they only drew in the FA Cup against them and needed saving by the One Man Show.

There are very few easy away games anymore in the league... still plenty of easy home games though. I mean we still have to go to places like QPR, Southampton, Villa, and Reading away besides those listed and you just don't know. A fired up crowd, a lethargic City, and it becomes very tough.

RELAX!! The difference is TWO POINTS and the Goal Difference will take care of itself!

How? Like this.....

You have to take the Derby out of the equation, because we MUST win it to stand any chance (3pts to City, 0 pts to United).

Then, look at the rest of the fixtures and realize that "all" we need is for United to draw a game when we win and it is a GOAL DIFFERENCE FIGHT AGAIN....and we are currently only ONE GOAL BEHIND! However, we MUST win at the Swamp, so that takes care of that ONE GOAL DIFFERENCE.

So, to recap..... we ONLY need to MATCH United, with the sole exception that we have to win 1 game when they draw (just like this weekend!!!!), and we have to win the Derby!

Simple!

P.S. This is United's BEST EVER START TO A SEASON IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE, but we are somehow in crisis, with Mancini's head on the block, Balotelli needing to go back to Italy and none of the forwards firing on even three cylinders??! Yeah, OK!

Lets just think about our results, why bother looking at theirs. We have got to keep winning and putting the pressure on them. This season has proved that every team can pick a point or three up from anyone. Personally, I think (hope) that within the next four games we will pull back another two points on them. That will make the run in very interesting.

We do seem to have real strength of character and despite what the media would want to believe we are a 'TEAM'. We've got Champions mentality and we'll definitely fight to the end. Looking at Wio and co at the final whistle yesterday, he looked shell shocked and is probably bricking it now thinking it's happening all over again. We've just got to keep churning out the results and they will really start twitching.

Believe.

I am trying not to think too far ahead, yet,I mean we have QPR away next league game, midweek away with a team fighting for their fucking lives,it's tough but we should come through it.

The rags have Southampton at home, again a winnable game on paper, but the saints got a creditable draw at Chelsea last week,so heres hoping they give a good account of themselves at the swamp also

One game at a time as they say,one game at a time
agree with this. not entirely confident for qpr away, they'l be bang up for it. we need to want it more, it'll be a scrappy one. could be a 0-0

every season has shown us that playing those down near bottom tend to spring surprise results, these are teams i would like to avoid, any others bring them on
