Ha. Didn't some rag spokesman claim last year that they finished "joint top"?
If the teams are close enough on 6/4 for the derby to be decisive, the pressure on both managers will be unbelievable. Last year's Etihad derby was the only time I can remember Bacon using panicky tactics.

I raised this in the matchday thread yesterday, the Rags rarely lose the big games. the problem they have is when they get complacent. Examples in the last 12 months, Blackburn, Wigan, Norwich, Swansea,
Other than when they played us last season they had excellent results against Chelsea, Arsenal,Spurs and the red dippers.

They've still got to play Norwich, Everton and Swansea - the teams that have taken points off them already this season.
When you look at Spurs truly awful record against United it makes a mockery of trying to predict anything.
I expect we'll need to win at Old Trafford - beyond that a couple of points either way could just depend on who gets the rub of the green.
