I've never been on the cup scheme before, so can anyone tell me how long before the game they take the money out of your account?

the money goes out of your account at the same time it would if you were to ring up and buy tickets, usually a couple of weeks before the game . if you keep an eye out for when the tickets for cup games go on sale its usually the same time.

When you added the cup schemes was it confirmed in the next page before you add to basket? I have a confirmation list without a list of the cup schemes i added.

I think so, it said it on the confirmation page after I had paid with card.

Best thing to do is log back in, I double checked mine on the purchase history which showed that I had entered. Just looked at my e-mail confirmation also says it at very top.

On the last page it states all cup scheme games will be debited from card I used to purchase ticket.

Yes it didn't add the cup schemes when I signed up for renewal then had to go back in and add each cup scheme one by one entering card details each time (ball ache) and start date would only go up to 2010 What an IT department we have!

my finance has been approved by Zebra ive got the letters and my agreement number what do i do next? do i ring the club or just sit back and wait for them to contact me?

Im in the same position mate so i just called the club, they said it will automatically go threw but will have to still sort cup scheme, best thing to do is check on your loyalty points each day, if mine not added in a week will be back on the phone

Nothing's ever easy is it! Finally got the site to renew me and my lads season cards, ticked the cup schemes and they didn't work. Had to go in seperately for each scheme for each season ticket and add the card details.

Also the card details on the schemes page won't let you enter a start date in 2011 for your credit card. This was not a mandatory field so I left it blank but this seems like information that the credit card company would require to take payments. Anyone else had this problem??

OS website renewals running okay at 11:00am. Correct price for my seat, when I put my card details in I checked that you could have a start date of 2011 in the drop down list.

All worked fine for me, looks like someone has been checking this thread to test for bugs and they have fixed the ones that we reported.

Got mine fairly quickly but had to click on the red cross to get the cup schemes which seemed counter intuitive.
