i must have been lucky. with the online facility still non-operational this afternoon i rang & got through in 3 minutes & was sorted for my lad & me in about another 3. at least it's a standard 0161 phone number now.

Just renewed my membership and it was an absolute piece of piss. Took 3 mins max to upgrade, add FA Cup and Europe. Job done!

Just renewing now which has been easy enough so far but for when adding cup schemes for a platinum renewal it only states the green cross for adding the option BUT is not shown as confirmed when pressed continue. Anyone else had the same problem?

212 embarrassed gone platinum to keep up with the Jones's. Justify it with online program and mag - honest
£510 no booking fee - prices seem to be fixed now as 510 was quoted in brochure.
Joined fa and chimps cup scheme
= 880 points added there and then to account

When you added the cup schemes was it confirmed in the next page before you add to basket? I have a confirmation list without a list of the cup schemes i added.
