Repercussions - From the PL, FA, UEFA and within the Club

The punishment will be in the form of being treated differently at executive level in meetings etc.

no rules have been broken and all these morons (mainly supporters of clubs who have been docked points due to administration - an actual rule) will be disappointed.

to use the analogy that lots have used about the cheating husband coming back to his wife needing to gain back trust. It’s not right to cheat but you can’t start arresting people for doing it
No but she might want s free shot at kicking you in the bollocks before shagging you again

I see the BBC is still crying out for those involved to be pretty much ‘sacrificed at the altar’.
We all know now that football is a business, that’s why there’s so much money in it now. Trying to impose points deductions, transfer bans, Huge fines, squad restrictions will just end up forcing the clubs to go elsewhere.
The FA & PL has been a cash cow for so long now, that they’re frightened of the teams doing what they like.

I hate the idea of the ESL, and would just go and watch PLYMOUTH if City joined it, but these idiotic sanction suggestions are just that, idiotic.

Totally agree with this.
No more coefficients, istree clubs etc make it a straight knock out.
As for money then couldn’t they pay out the bulk solely on qualifying alone.
then the CL actually becomes a football tournament with a trophy as the main aim.
What about champions in each group, then all other teams drawn out of the same bag and put in the groups. That may mean a group with strong teams and a group with weaker teams but would be down to chance and could put ‘minnows’ in the last 16 which should be drawn again out of one bag. All about luck of the draw and widens the opportunity to progress.
3rd place should not drop into europa.

Or get rid of the pot system, have a draw with all teams able to draw any other team? Have it played over one leg instead of two.

Of the SL clubs,
1. Whoever wins the League, e.g. City, A.Madrid, Inter should be allowed into the CL,
2. The other 9 should figure out amongst them who can get 1 remaining spot. I know 9 is an awkward number for playoff but that's where they can put their big brains to the test, maybe it should be whichever team has the most history? Or the highest debt? Or some other nonesense.

:-)

Let's see how many would tune in to see. And then watch them cry as the coppers go to the CL.
9 rats in a bag, only one remains. Be lovely to see how pally they’d be tgen

think champions should have some advantage if top 4 going in. One off games, not for me

You mean just how they felt about Jimmy Saville?

The BBC's thoughts and wished are utterly irrelevant these days, their credibility in all things has long gone.
