What you actually meant was 'I went on Newsnow and saw this'.

To be fair Cardozo is a lethal goalscorer in his league. 105 in 160 is excellent.

For me higuain is the obvious, standout choice. For the following reasons:

Proven goalscorer at a top club 107 goals in 180 games (and 20 in 32 nationally)
Isn't gonna cost much more than £25m
Is obviously up for a move to the prem and surely would come to us over arsenal
Argentinian connection with aguero and zab
Young (only 25)
Has been content to occasionally rotate at Madrid

With the fair play rules we clearly cannot afford £50m (otherwise we'd have signed cavani by now. So with that in mind why would we look at anyone else over higuain?

Quick city, get him before he goes to arsenal!!
