As I did so I genuinely thought that the only time I'd normally do that was when I was heading off to the Etihad. While I was in Tenerife recently I took in a couple of games at CD Marino in Segunda B, Spain’s regionalised third division, before fans were once again banned.
Temperature checks as you go in, compulsory hand sanitiser use, wearing of masks and strictly enforced social distancing in the stands, with crosses taped on the terraces to tell people where to sit.
Still enjoyed watching live football with a beer in the sunshine but it was a good example of how different the ‘matchday experience’ might be for a year or two yet.

Not happening this season.

Maybe next season after everyone is vaccinated.
 
Can anyone remember the last time they went a whole season without attending a single City game? Mine was 1974-75, as I first started going in 75-76. Hopefully, we’ll all have a League Cup Final to attend in April, so I can keep my run going.
 
It’s strange but I don’t miss going anymore. Maybe because it’s been so long. But the thought of returning doesn’t appeal to me anymore :(
