I can tell you what we want, which is the maximum number of season card holders to get tickets, with some priority for higher points. But we're not objecting to the ballot principle. At the time, that would have been the correct answer. But with the League Cup final meaning so few tickets, and being a Wembley final, it was felt that it should be done on the usual basis for a final. nobody knows what the situation is going to be going forward, if City fans in certain areas are excluded from sales in the future, a lot of people are going to sack it off, nobody has explained why Spurs fans can go, and City fans can't.Have we not allocated 12% to Blues in London and the Home Counties?
