Well they didn't. Cityzens had a separate ballot where they had a far, far lower chance of a ticket than a seasoncard holder.

Why should they a have a pot at all, understand everyone wants to go to this game but surely due to severely reduced capacity it should have been SC only...

I could accept not getting a ticket for this game if the supporters who were going had higher loyalty points than myself, but this is obviously not the case which is so disappointing, this was always my problem with a ballot but the damage is done, Loyalty is no longer valued.

Hes too full of his own self importance to actually care what fans thing or take any feedback on board. Not sure if we get a chance to change members on city matters but it should be done end of season so we can vote off the ones who are not capable of doing the job
