Return of Supporters

The only backfiring I see is the nativity in believing Scousers and there Authorities....as we all know...The truth will come out...in fact didn’t that happen yesterday
That Joe Anderson who took the Tory bribe instead of standing firm and showing solidarity with his neighbours has certainly turned out to be a man of integrity...

Have they let neverton know if the spurs v Fulham game is off? Wouldn’t want any disgruntled scousers, far more important than that pandemic

Should never have allowed them back in the first place
It was a really bad idea. Especially given the high number of idiot conspiracy theorists in Liverpool. I wish I was joking but there are a LOT of COVID deniers there.

None of my family who are season ticket holders at Goodison have returned since COVID started. One of them is pretty high risk, it just isn't safe for him to go back.

I actually had a bit of a sad moment this morning, was taking the dog for a walk and as its so cold I put on a 2nd pair of socks. As I did so I genuinely thought that the only time I'd normally do that was when I was heading off to the Etihad. I know it sounds a ridiculous thing to prompt such memories but it just swept over me how much I do miss it.

Put a cardigan on and pull yourself together

While I was in Tenerife recently I took in a couple of games at CD Marino in Segunda B, Spain’s regionalised third division, before fans were once again banned.
Temperature checks as you go in, compulsory hand sanitiser use, wearing of masks and strictly enforced social distancing in the stands, with crosses taped on the terraces to tell people where to sit.
Still enjoyed watching live football with a beer in the sunshine but it was a good example of how different the ‘matchday experience’ might be for a year or two yet.

Not happening this season.

Maybe next season after everyone is vaccinated.

Can anyone remember the last time they went a whole season without attending a single City game? Mine was 1974-75, as I first started going in 75-76. Hopefully, we’ll all have a League Cup Final to attend in April, so I can keep my run going.

It’s strange but I don’t miss going anymore. Maybe because it’s been so long. But the thought of returning doesn’t appeal to me anymore :(
