Return of Supporters

surely this test should have been about whether it’s safe to get fans back into the stadium? With only 250 car spaces available and 1500 train / coach tickets available, it seems to be more of a football transport test, which I don’t see the point in yet. You’d think fans would be back in their home stadiums before they started to test long distance coach and train travel?

I was speaking to a mate last night who works for the highways agency at Wembley and he said they were in talks about coaches going from Euston to Wembley to keep people in bubbles. He did say nothing had been decided yet though.

That's got cock up written all over it

The highways agency maintain motorways and major trunk roads.

Maybe Adam Ant is putting on coaches rather than holding them up?

I can now get a ticket. Dilemma time.

Can I face jumping through hoops and then endure 10 hours on a coach. I’m 6’4” and avoid coaches wherever possible.

Then the getting home at the end. Can you park at the Etihad?

If I could have caught the train, in spite of probably playing the same or a similar side that has failed miserably in the last two games they've been picked , I'd probably have gone. Coach no.

Will there be social distancing in the coaches, or are they going to be full?

I the past when there have been free coaches they let you park on the north car park where the coaches left from.

Only done that twice so no idea if it applies for this game.

I imagine the coaches will be half full like the trains so you can stretch your legs?

Thanks Corky. Will mull it over.

Blossoms are putting on a gig the weekend after the final in Liverpool. Tests in advance releases a ticket (no checks on the door). For locals only though.

419 left so further criteria for tomorrow expected for non-cs. They will get snapped up quickly depending how they do it, as the majority of ST holders remain.

Not it’s me. Misread it

I thought today's game was 4000 locals not fans? Plenty of Leicester and Southampton fans there. Don't believe they live in the local area so have the clubs been given tickets or has it been easy for the locals to sell on?
