Return of Supporters

When you've selected the two ticket types (eg 2x adult) click proceed and then they will both be listed against your name. Click on the name of the second one and, if your cousin is correctly linked through friends and family, you can assign it to them.

I think that was how it was done.
Nope, not having it! it maybe the way I've got it set up

I was about queue number 12,000. If it's once person per queue number, I don't rate our chances

Maybe someone on the City Matters group can answer how the 10,000 tickets are split. What % of tickets to Club officials and players , Corporate season tickets, standard season tickets and Citizens, and how many are put aside to those on 22,000 points and above. As there is nothing to hide I can’t see any reason not to publish this info .

Sorry if this has been asked already.

I have applied with my son, does that mean we get two entries into the ballot? Or would we have been better entering separately, and hoping at least one of us gets in?

I waited fifteen minutes and there were more people in the queue than Rag fans worldwide. I get to my turn and it sez "Error . . . . . . . . .!" 'Kinell! Get it sorted, Marwood! No idea whether I've booked a ballot spot or not! Bloody annoying! I shall have another sniff later!
Took me 4 attempts and got there in the end.

If your in together, you win or lose together basically.

We have wonderful players, a genius coach, the best owner anywhere and a superb ground, but our website needs some work doing on it. We need to find the Pep of web developers. Sometimes I can go straight to where I want to on the website, but at other times I get there but don't know how I did so.

Not kept up with this but just done mine. They have made changes to the friends thing so it may be your longstanding friend is in a group with someone else.

You have to re link them to you but select No when asking if you want to make purchases for each other.

You will still be linked and can apply for 2 in the Ballot,1 for each of you but only after you have made the change referred to above.

I did it all after I had taken my place in the Queue.

How the bloody hell do you add friends and family to your account? it tells you the benefits of it but then doesn't actually tell you how to do this!!!
Once you are in select the TICKETS header at top of the page

Just went, but me dad has already rang ticket office and entered me n me brother, no price was in there though on mine, is it free?

If i put in a request for two tickets though, it's saying I've exceeded my allocation
Because you can only apply for 1 for yourself and 1 for your linked friend.

If your account is not up to date with a linked friend then it wont work.

There have been changes to the linked friends so somebody you have been linked to for years may have been removed if they are linked to someone else. You'll have to re link them.

Just glad I'm not 1 half of Conjoined twins, be a fuckin nightmare trying to apply.

I agree but I doubt the City Matters reps will know the answer to this, so it's one for the club to let us know.
