The whole no suitable RB narrative is ridiculous, there are hundreds of better RBs than Lewis/Nunes, no way none of them are available. If the money is there and it should be, everyone is available.

If Liverpool can spend 450mil after 1 PL in 5 years with ease then why are we penny pinching for Livramento after we won the PL and had 60mil net positive last Summer + CWC money + record deal with Puma? We should be loaded now. 80mil for the best RB in PL which we desperately need shouldn't be an issue and is a no-brainer of a decision. Instead we low-balled with 50mil 2 months ago for him and then nothing. Seriously, what?!

Now that you mention it, being unable to sell our old players is another criticism this Summer.They have a net spend of £55m over the last 12 months.
They can blow another £300m and not care about PSR.
The big difference is, they have on the whole bought well and we have spent poorly.
One of the biggest issues we currently have is we have players like Gundogan, Akanji, Kovacic, Savinho, Gvardiol, Ortega and Betinelli all not making our bench at the moment. Now, some of them will when fit, but you have a couple there who are on £200k + who we haven't sold yet or don't want to move.
