Rio Olympics

I must admit that as a fan of many sports this is the first occasion I've found the time to watch women's field hockey. I see now that this is must see TV. I have no idea if the sport is is regularly televised. I'll have to do some research.
 
Hahaha.......the Kenyan spring coach has been sent home as he was caught posing as one of their athletes and tried to give a urine sample instead of the athlete! Good effort lad, but not good enough.
 
Someone needs to tell the Brazilians that the Olympics has started. There's more stewards than spectators in the athletics stadium. This is getting embarrassing now.

It is an absolute disgrace, I went to the London Olympics with my son and saw a morning session of athletics heats, the stadium was absolutely packed out not a spare seat anywhere.

The IOC should hang their heads in shame for taking the Olympics to Brazil.

I was at the athletics for the morning session on 'Super Saturday'. 80,000 in there at 10am.

We've gone from the best attended Olympics in history, to the worst.

The IOC should just stick to countries that like sport.

Yeah, attendances have been shite. The hosts of the games should be picked based on predicted attendance turnout. We could host the games tomorrow and every event would be full.
 
The IOC are a load of freeloading cunts, who are maintained as a sort of sporting aristocracy by corruption. I wouldn't trust the fuckers to organise posting a letter ( unless it had money in it and was addressed to themselves.)
 
Watching the Olympics makes me realise how much I love sport, just any sport, I love it.

The Olympics should not be for the multi millionaire sportsman, it's about the grass roots of all sports and it should not be for the tennis,football,golfers who play professionally week in week out.

The Olympics is the pinnacle for these athletes and watching this makes you realise they train and wait 4 yrs for it and deserve all the accolades they get.
