What a great article. People of her generation were made of stern stuff. Reminded me of my own Mum (also a Blue who loved her cricket too) who passed away aged 92 many years ago. Nothing seemed to phase her, just like Vera it appears. What times Vera must have had following City during all our ups & downs. RIP to a very special Blue Lady.
