Rishi Sunak

He just doesn't get it.
The honest answer is " if we are speaking about dentistry I don't use an NHS dentist I go privately as do a huge proportion of the UK population (avoid saying because they have to ) so this is about us providing for those who choose not to or who cannot afford to "
Instead we get a word soup answer that makes him look out of touch. Who is his adviser? Caligula?

Why is it that they’ve done absolutely nothing for public services for the entirety of the time they’ve been in government then all of a sudden they’ve found all this money that won‘t solve the issue, probably won’t even be delivered, but may make them look good for a few minutes in the public eye?

Call be cynical but it very much looks like Sunak has taken all the cancelled HS2 money, as well as the extra tax revenue we’ve been paying due to the higher cost of living, and used it to fund many of the policies that Labour have been bringing to the fore in order to make the country believe that they aren’t all the cunts that many see them as.

They only ever talk about the number (2.5m) of appointments, not the number of actual dentists required to conduct these appointments.
Have they planted a dentist tree next to the money tree?

Probably. It’s competing for sunlight with the doctor, nurses, carers, police officer, armed forces and other trees. The transparent, cynical and insulting ongoing discovery of pots of cash to create half baked long term ‘solutions’ like the recent cash for nursery places is simply desperate. They have hollowed so much out it will take decades to put right.
Starmer and labour have shortcomings but just vote these jokers out when the time comes.

Whilst I get this, imagine how trans people feel with the pontification about them, they’re all either rapists or changing their gender to be better at sports…

Any societal fix has to come from a starting point of empathy, think there’s a lot of people on all sides of the debate a long way away from that at the mo.

Well for a start that first paragraph is a lie, on here for instance the vast majority have no problem with people changing their name or dressing as they like . The debate is about certain subjects like toilets sports prisons.

If the subject is so straightforward then one wonders how people like Sturgeon and others when questioned manage to look so clueless when discussing the subject.

Maybe we could have whip round and bet him £1,000 he hasn't got the balls to call an election?
Naughty.

Starmer: "He thinks I can't define what a woman is. I know he doesn't have the balls to call an election."
