I am so angry about this guy he is so predictable and left sided he is weak as piss , looks to dive at any opportunity and is scared of heading the ball or tackling. Lazy not a team player and offer nothing. What is the fucking point . If I was Foden or sane I would be fuming watching this tit getting a chance week after week ahead of me, never mind the thousands more he gets paid each week.

I don't think he was that bad tonight. You should factor in the work being done off-the-ball while assessing a player.

I'm not sure Sane would have done better in such away game, considering his poor defensive discipline.

Most of his goals/assists have come away from home, would we view him differently if they came at home? However, regardless of that, he is nowhere near a CL knockout stage player, at the moment anyway

Mahrez? A decent player but doesn’t fit into the team at all. He worked very hard tonight though, and really put in a shift defensively. There were worse players today

When he has the ball he just doesnt do enough with it. Not quick enough, not aggressive enough, losing it many times, turning around just to be blocked easily, no shots, not even much chemistry with other players. Walker and Mahrez doesnt have any good connection.

He looked so good and dangerous at Leicester who was running the show for them and he looks a nice player out of his league here . Would have never described him as one dimensional while at Leicester but here the way Pep uses him he is exactly that.

He is left footed always played on the right. Try him a coupe of times from left maybe?

The criticsim of Mahrez on here is well over the top he appears to be the scapegoat alongside Gundogan on most post match threads , but Mahrez shouldnt now be starting any more games in fact i would have the enthusiasm of Foden before him at the moment , Mahrez has had plenty of chances and blew them , the club need to decide if he is worth persevering with next season or cash in. He doesnt appear to be adjusting to our tactics and after 20-30 appearances he should be slotting into the team and the work ethic .
