The touch and finish was of the highest quality, and the standard of opposition doesn't negate that.

He's had a big week in terms of his City career and one which should give him a big confidence boost going forward.

I think in years to come he will be viewed as an excellent signing.

I also think that such is Peps way it makes it all but impossible for any player no matter how good to hit their best form in the team straight away. At least a season to get comfortable with it. As such players who join us are going to struggle more for a while than most other clubs.

We saw the results last season with the team in general, this season Bernado stands out as a prime example, from looking a bit lost last season to a world class player looking very comfortable in the team.

A little more patience with new arrivals is required......Peps fault.
