Delighted he is staying but 3 years is a long deal at his age.I find it weird how anybody could be unhappy at Mahrez being offered a new deal.

He started elite football only at the age of 23 with Leicester and hasn't suffered major injuries during his PL career. So, I think he can manage to keep playing with full abilities into his mid-30s.Delighted he is staying but 3 years is a long deal at his age.
I hope your right, he is a wonderful talent but it's still a risk at 3 years, although we don't know the details of the deal, I would imagine it's hugely incentive based to reduce the risk.He started elite football only at the age of 23 with Leicester and hasn't suffered major injuries during his PL career. I think City fans are the only ones who notice this,I never tire of watching Mahrez control the ball dead first time, he's an exceptional talent we need to keep.
He's class; the greatest instant ball controller I've ever seen; seems to accept his squad role and the need for rotation; is world class on his day; good business, so, happy days.
Not sure if that's a disagreement.David Silva likes this post ;)
