Pleased that he's renewing. He's not the kind of player who will turn a match around, for sure. Few are. In the past, Sergio would do it (regularly). In the current team, Kev, Bernardo and, funnily enough, Rodri are the ones that can take a match that's going against us by the scruff of its neck. There has to be a place for skilled players who fit in to and contribute to what others are doing by force of will, in any team. He is such. In any case, we can't really lose Jesus, Raheem and Mahrez at one fell swoop, in my opinion. It would place too much onus on the incoming players — two of whom, good as they appear to be, have no experience whatsoever of the PL.

This is good news. His age doesn’t concern me. He’s completely reliant on technique rather than pace and power. Also, for someone that is 12 year old boy his injury record in non existent.
