Leicester will regret this in the long term but I for one am happy what City are doing with transfers.
I’d say the opposite.
It’s not about Bernardo ffs. We have no forwards on the bench for the next 6 weeks!Enter Bernardo Silva.... Time to prove his worth... was one of the stars of Monaco's amazing team last year.. So lets see what hes made of
The losses of Sane and Jesus are huge and in context of this season we have games against WBA, Burnley, Leicester, Basel twice, Arsenal twice, Chelsea and Wigan before we get Jesus back. So that's 9 matches with only Bernardo, Aguero and Sterling to play as our front three. I think we've left ourselves incredibly short.
Before the transfer window opened an injury to Fernandinho left us exposed now an injury to any one of 4 players in the next 5 weeks means either a change in formation or throwing Brahim or Nmecha in.
No, we think we might get a reasonable bid that gives us time to get a replacement. Not someone lowballing us for less than they paid for a defender and trying to ditch unwanted players onto us with no time for a replacement! They probably genuinely believe they'll get near £90m for him in the summer.
Yeah by not paying these ridiculous fees everyone else seems to be paying.are we still ruining football?
Who was the player we offered Leicester and who they asked for?
