if you dont think Alvarez has proved himself yet you obviously haven’t seen him play much and must have missed the World Cup. The young man is a phenomenal talent.Alvarez has not proven that yet. Almost every forward at City has been claimed to possibly have his best position on the right side by some here :) Didn't we say that about Sterling, Torres, Jesus, Foden, Palmer? If Mahrez leaves, a natural winger is needed imo.
You mention Palmer, I also think him and McAtee are viable options in that position.

I said he has not proven he can play as a right winger yet at City. That's all I said. If true about arranging a medical first that’s very strange. Only thing I can think of is informal conversations with City have taken place and the club are confident they’ll pay the £.
