If he is signing for us he must have had permission to start letting everyone know he's not staying at arsenal which makes me think we're either very close or already have sold one of our strikers.

Or trying to get the price to Arsenal down a bit, helping his own terms on the way .

PSG in for him according to the Mirror. :)

Well I bloody hope he goes there,

Next season he will be back to normal... score about 12-15 goals
and be out injured a lot of the year.
3 of the last 4 years he has scored at least 20 goals

If we sign RVP I will be seriously concerned.

1. We already have 4 class strikers (5 if you include Ade). Adding RVP will mean we have 5 which is just stupidity at its best.

2. We aren't anywhere near as desperate for a forward as we are for a winger and another centre mid.

3. He's getting on.

Nah cant see him lining up against Le Arse in the prem - Le Arse will accept any reasonable offer but our - RVP will have choice of clubs and for him to come to City he has to force it like Nasri and i dont think he will

Abroad Spain likely cant see PSG his ego is such that he will want to play in the top leagues not the French one

He wants trophies.

At PSG he could win the league but the french league isn't a great achievement.
At Barca he would rarely get a game but most likely get himself a trophy or 2.
Here assuming one of our strikers leave, he'd get a decent amount of game time and hopefully win something.

He is 28 the same age as Yaya and a year older than Adebayor and Tevez. His game is not based around his pace either.

He has scored at least 20 goals in 3 of his last 4 seasons and has averaged about 10 assists a season.

He will be a great player if he signs for us.
