WHilst I don't agree with the poster you are berating, he did say "bar the odd game" which would probably include the Spuds game and QPR equaliser.

I see him as a striker who's always good for a goal a game when played regularly, but he's got to play regurlarly or he loses his touch, rhythm and confidence. Well then that Mancio fella wants to ask himself what Mancini did in the 3 most important games in the clubs history at the back end of last season when all 4 strikers were fit and available to play.

Although I don't really want RVP here disrupting our volatile forwards, he is arguably just what the Rags need while Welbeck and others continue to develop. With Vidic back and RVP joining Shrek up front, they will undoubtedly be a force to be reckoned with. It should be another cracking season.

Arsenal away in CC. He didnt score but i thought he played very well. Also wigan away in league he had a very good game overall.

I do get what you mean but it is difficult to find a striker who is both very good and happy to sit on bench and come on and make a difference all the time.

Rags were very lucky to have Solskjaer to do this for many seasons.

If we did sell Dzeko surely we should just stik with the 3 we have and have Guidetti as number 4 striker ?

Thought he was really poor against Arsenal as was the whole team that night we were playing there 2nd team but they still dominated, he did help create the goal though tbf, against Wigan good header but he doesn't influence the play like Tevez or Aguero do which imo he should be doing for a 27 million pound striker something I think rvp could do.
