robin van persie (continued)

I know that if I were Van Persie and I had seen the Tevez, Aguero partnership flourish at the end of last season, Carlo's apparent change of heart and new settled nature would concern me greatly with regards to moving either one of them out of our side for any sustainable period of time.

Although I don't really want RVP here disrupting our volatile forwards, he is arguably just what the Rags need while Welbeck and others continue to develop. With Vidic back and RVP joining Shrek up front, they will undoubtedly be a force to be reckoned with. It should be another cracking season.

Today is Van Persies 29th birthday.

Give him the best present of all... a City shirt with his name on it.

Would have loved him here but doesn't look like it will happen, dzeko needs to step t up though he was shocking last season bar the odd game.
That's so far off the mark I laughed. He had the odd poor game around January/February, like Everton away for example. Other than that he had a good season. Some of his goals and performances were spectacular. When Carlos came back Edin was mainly a sub, doesn't mean he was shocking, Carlos is just a better player.

I truly believe signing van Persie would have been detrimental to our forward line. I don't like him, he's injury prone, he's too old for our project, he's a dick head...he is just not a City player. If he goes to United I think it will be a better move for him and a good signing for then as he's what they are lacking up front. Yes, it'll make them stronger, but so what? BRING IT ON!

We've needed centre half cover and a winger since January...City; please concentrate on these areas and not on the one of two areas of the team (as well as at full back) we are strong as fuck!
He had a great start to the season but I cant remember a game where he played that well in after Spurs, although he scored in games against qpr, wigan, liverpool etc he still played shite in those matches why do you think Mancini dropped him and brought back Tevez.

Remember - Mancini said we wouldn't win the league!
That said, personally, I'm delighted if Mancini's statement is true.
I really want to see Aguero, Tevez, Dzeko and Mario play together for a whole season.

We dont need him but anyone who thinks he wont add value to the rags is deluded.

Hopefully Juve will get him but I cant see it.

It must be heartbreaking for Arsenal fans to see this.Walcott will be next.

Arsenal board are taking the piss out of their fans who pay top whack

hahaha.....on the BBC website it says he would prefer a move to the Rags or Juventus, preferring their prestige and tradition! It's started......obviously fuck all to do with who will pay him the most wages.
