robin van persie (continued)

Arsenal will take points off them at the Emirates now.

I hope this motivates everyone at City. 3 points at home to Southampton and then on to anfield. And lets hope Utd slip up at everton.

Just makes the season bigger than ever.

Also means we have more chance of staying in the top 4 which is the bottom line

United agree a deal with RVP.

Thoughts?

Its not so much the fact the RvP signs for the rags i am worried about - they can sign whom the fuck they want its more the piss poor transfer window from ourselves

Was watching the matc of the day highlifhts and listened to Fergie comments at the end - something like "Oh they know i / we wont be going away"

The loss last season together with the 6 - 1 and the 1 - 0 has seriously stung him and he has done somethng we aint - addresed their weakness - will we compete next season o f course we will no doubt but every sngle other club has re-inforced and as it currently stands its anybodys because Vinny will get injured and or pick up a few suspensions - Yaya / Kolo will go to ACON and we will lose other players through injury / suspension

Right now is the time to fight right back! De Rossi and either falcoa or cavani and it's game on!! To be fair we could have done without them getting him to be honest! Shrek and Rvp up front is pretty good in all honesty! We need to respond but bigger and better....we are the fuckin champions and the city is ours!!! Please sheikh mans our let's spoil their fun!!
I thought he wanted to sign for us and only us?

Strengthens United to the extent that a world class player will strengthen any team, but goals were not a problem for them last season.

At least they can't say we tried to buy the league..

This is the last growl from a dying lion, RVP has gone to them because he knew he wouldn't get lots of game time with City, by signing for them he's admitting as much, IF this move proves ultimately to be the wrong move for both parties i.e. he doesn't fit into their way of playing then it will be the last growl of a dead lion.

Similar to my thoughts.

They've gone against every transfer principle they hold so dear. It's now all or nothing for them this coming season, their business model can only survive on being "the best", so another nail in their coffin if we beat them to it again.

If you think last season was tough, you ain't sen nothing yet!

You're not being serious. We are 1/50 to finish in the top 4 FFS !

Rooney - Poor season - Over the hill - No appetite - Ugly - Wig
Van Persie - Inconsistant - Poor Euro's - Overpriced - Grey Hair - Mercenary

VP for United will only make it easier for our title retention season. Having a beer to celebrate.
