Robinho back for bin dippers ..

I find it quite laughable at the reactions of some fans, when another fan dares to criticise Robinho.

Let him do his talking on the pitch and then nobody will have a reaso to criticise. If Robinho plays the away games like he did against Everton last season then nobody will criticise him.

Agreed, what's also funny is a mild comment about the weaknesses in his game becomes "hate" in people's eyes.

if robbie really is intent on staying,he really needs more regular consistant performances.....not slagging the lad off .....he,s magic at times....would hate to see him go.....COME ON ROBBIE LAD!!!!..........

Great news - if Robbie plays he draws defenders creating more space for Stevie play or run into - i think Carlos would improve for the same reasons

When Robinho has the ball in the opponents half, I'm always confident something will happen, whether he slides a great pass through for somebody or he skins a defender to get in to the box or whatever. He is the only player in our team I can say this about.

I can't say this about Adebayor, Tevez, SWP, Ireland or Bellamy so for me Robinho is our best attacking player. He has the best touch and skill in the team and is one of the best players in the league. I hope he comes on half way through the second half tomorrow and scores a curler from the edge of the box past Reina, that would be magic and give him the confidence to start scoring for fun again.

Good post, im not a hater, I love the fact that Robson is at the club, but I haven't been impressed with his attitude of late. Hopefully if he does play tommorow we'll see the Robinho of early last season. Come on City

I have been a city season ticket holder for 33 years now and during most of that time i could only dream of having players of the quality of Robinho at the club - so the last thing i will be doing is giving players of his quality any stick. We didnt buy him for his ability to track back and tackle.

Big ask tho to expect much this weekend either as a starter or sub.

Would love to see him given a free role to play around Ade at some stage

Me too! We've not seen what he can do yet. We've been playing him on the wing because we were short of options. Give him a free role with a big man upfront and god knows what he could do....pending his move back to Spain ;)
