Robinho the biggest waste of money...

lets get this straight, ireland made that goal ,a world class long ball to robinho ,who simply does what is expected of him then squares it into acres of space to ireland who had made an unbelievable run to collect the return ball . irelands goal nobody elses my mum could of squared it to ireland, but robbi wouldnt have made the same run !!
robbi isnt lookin like a 30mill player whats steve gerard worth if robs 30m
hes not doin the biz and you who still support him and cant see that you dont know football
robbi is a bighead ,whos been sussed instead of doin them stepovers he should be concentrating more, and puttin more effort in. hes a typical prima donna who wont put the effort in

He is just lacking alot of confidence when playing for us. Hes not getting past players and looks scared of shooting. However im sure when he gets a goal his confidence will come back and there will be no stopping him again.

he is a class act !!but at this moment in time we are not good enough to carry him ??

True, he's a 'cherry on the icing' sort of player & not someone who can carry a side when things go pearshape.
He'd be a bloody good player in a good side, we're not a good side though .

Standing in the queue for the Anne Frank Huis in Amsterdam, I was asked the same question by a Falkirk fan, who just couldn't put his finger on why his son was a Blue. I said that he might have seen the greatest backhealer of a ball the world has ever seen. His face lit up and he posed the question. My reply was simple: before Christmas RobinHood was sensational. There are other, non-footballing reasons, I think, why his form has dipped sensationally. Still third top scorer in the Prem? And he well always pull something out of the hat! Might have to wait a match or two. Next Thursday?

Was impressed with Robbie tonight, ran his arse off and looked like one of the few players who could of got us back into the game. I don't see how anyone who watched the game could criticise him really.

true

i dont know how people can call robinho shit he is an incredible player playing in a shit side. obv with the exceptions of ireland and given. you put the tranny in a team like fulham and i garantee he wont score 42 or whatever goals. so wind your necks in and get behind the lad. come on! CTID

Robinho is not a World Class player. World Class players can win you a game on their own, they can change a game when it needs to be changed, they lift the players that are playing with them to another level just by being on the pitch.

He's is a very good player, but he needs very good players around him to make him play up to his full potential.

For me, if he can't play to his full potential on his own, in our team which is already full of good and very good players, then he can fuck off.

Robinho is a performing monkey, he is full of tricks, but can't beat a man to save his life. At least the tranny can take players on. We can't afford a performing monkey for another couple of years. We bought him at the wrong time, we didn't have a choice though as he was the only "World Class" player available.

World Class my arse.

Played with 10 men again last night. Hughes should have subbed Rob at half time - gave the ball away too often, trying silly little tricks etc. MH is trying to prove a point by continuing to play him away from home and it's not helping Rob or the rest of the team. He's a homer, so no doubt we'll see a different player next Thursday.
