Every week some of the top Italian, French and Spanish players are being linked with moves to their top clubs.
Who manages Turkey? Hiddink
Where is Elano? Turkey
Where did Anelka go? Turkey
last week I read that Niang of Marseille, one of the top players in Le Championnat is moving to Fenerbahce
If one of their leading clubs: Gala, Fenerbahce or Besiktas was to play City over 2 legs I would not be confident of beating them.
The world changes. Your living in the 1970s. Not a bad decade as far as City were concerned, but not as good as this one's going to be

Would be a good financial deal. In fact I think it could be regarded as a profit as transfer fees are written off over the length of a player's contract, but I would love to see Robinho play for City again. Given the players we have, and his experience I think he'd do better 2nd time around. There's not so much pressure on him to perform, and there are so many other good players in the squad. It would be suicide to double up on him.alera said:Really hope this happens. He doesnt want to be here just another disruptive player on stupid money causing bad press for the club.
If we get £18 - £20 million back for him I will be looking at this as exceptionally good business.
Robinho, RSC probably the last 2 big name players to be leaving. We are building a squad that will hopefully need minimal additions for the next 5 years these are the sort of players that have no part in our future.
Robinho is not half the problem for the coaching staff that the media make him out to be. he's just a very hugh profile player who attracts all kinds of stories because of his international profile. We need to get used to handling these players, and grow a thicker skin.

Balotelli, Silva, Johnson.

We all thought that too but I think after a year he will be causing trouble and demanding to return to Brazil. This is why they are only paying 20m with 12m coming later, as they won't have to pay the 12m if/when he gets bored and wants to leave.
Not so sure about Guti and Quaresma. Quaresma had a spell at chelsea and was poor whilst Guti is old.blackeagle said:Marvin said:Turkish football. Club and National is of a high standard. Probably better than some of the Western European Leagues.

Thanks for your ideas about our country's football. I can add other players' names as a Turkish.
Hiddink manages Turkey
George Hagi, Giovanni Dos Santos, Jo Alves, AbdulKader Keita played for Galatasaray.
Elano and Kewell play for Galatasaray
Frank Riijkard manages Galatasaray
Anelka, Kezman, Roberto Carlos, Stephan Appiah played for Fenerbahce.
Niang, Guiza play for Fenerbahce
John Carew, Kleberson played for Besiktas
Del Bosque managed Besiktas
Quaresma, Guti, Matteo Ferrari play for Besiktas
Bernd Schuster manages Besiktas
Vassel plays for Ankaragücü.
I think you know all of this people. Most of them are coming for money but we dont want a football country like Qatar. We want to have big success like UEFA cup for our clubs. Galatasaray did this in 2000. If Robinho comes to our team Besiktas, we want to do this again and bring the UEFA with Robbie, Q7(Quaresma) and our maestro Guti.
