Robinho?????

I'm not sure even Robinho knows what's happening with Robinho so it's pretty nailed on that no one else has a fucking clue.

Personally I'd love to see him back in a City shirt for one last chance, even if that means only playing him at home.

I think a lot of fans have been really harsh on Robinho...I think he did well in his first season for us, but whenever we lost on the road it seemed as though he was the only one who got the blame. I suppose the expectation levels were incredibly high due to the massive transfer fee, but football is a team game and Robinho couldn't do everything on his own. Maybe the tactics MH used were not the greatest and maybe the quality of Robbies team mates didn't help him either? Last season he was injured and never quite came back to the level he was at before the injury.... Robbie's an outstanding player though, he showed that again in the world cup and could be a real asset for us in this new look team. I hope he rolls his sleeved up and gives it a real go when back.

Robinho has me split -

For his apathetic performances - I don't won't him back
For his constant crying to the press - I don't want him back
For his poor attitude and unwillingness to become a premiership player - I don't want him back
For him choosing flight rather than fight - I don't want him back
For him ruining his own career and never fulfilling his potential - I don't want him back.

Why then - if home against Liverpool - our team consisted of Yaya, Silva, Tevez, Adebayour, De Jong, Johnson, etc and a one Róbson de Souza would I be delighted?

Briliant quote and totally agree. I dislike him for all the above. For hovering around the half way line uninterested in playing to playing to a quater of his potential. For playing great in a Brazil shirt.
Would still like a commited Robino in the team.
I would name in the 25 and give him unitl xmas. If still shit sell, loan or let him rot.
Actually how about this. Make im work behind the bar in Mary D's for a few weeks and travel on the train to away games. Let him stand with us in squares around Europe and he will GET why he should pull his finger out and play like he can.
I was in the quare in amburg and if the players had gone to that balcony before the game and had each and everyone of their names sang out the result would or could have been a lot better

Why doesn't he buy out his contract?.
Thats not really the solution though. It would only address the issue of wages. There's still the small matter of the 32mil we paid for him.If he had 6 months or so left on his contract then that would be an option. As it stands, only one of two options are acceptable. One,we include him in a part-exchange with someone we're interested in.Two,he returns to us and wipes the slate clean, shows what he's capable of on a regular basis and apologises to RM for various comments and attitude.

The comment which questioned RM's ability as a coach.

I agree with you...the only soundbites I've heard were all positive....its the media stirring things up imo. I genuinely like him as a player....you just have to play to his strengths
