Robbie has allowed the speculation to carry on without making any official statement via the club. There are stories coming out daily now in the build up to the transfer window opening in january.

The time has come for Robinho to make a proper statement regarding his intentions and wether or not he wants to stay with Manchester City FC.

Otherwise in my opinion he shouldn't be allowed to play for us until he makes this commitment and backs it up with a statement, to stop all the stirring and media unsettling of our club and players. Robbie your time has come

That would seem to be the perfect way of escalsting the stirring and media muck spreading, we pay him to play and I'd like to see if he can be good at that consistently if not it doesn't matter what happens!

Why? Is Mark Hughes and Gary Cooke not good enough for you? Did you not see the tv yesterday? For the gizillionth time. He isn't going anywhere!

No it's not Ricster, not even close. Can't Robbie speak or something? How easy would it be to put all the gossip to bed, Only Robbeie can do that, it doesn't matter what Hughes and Cooke say, it's the player and if you can't see that then you are deluding yourself. even if he makes an official statement of his intent, he may well be talking shite, but at least he will of been quoted as to his real ambitions and we can all move on!

Until such a time that we agree to sell him, and he agrees to leave we should continue to use him, and consider ourselves fortunate that such a quality player is wearing our shirt.

That's a bit of a contradiction there, though.

You accept that even if he says "I love City and want to play for them for ever and ever and ever", he may well be lying. Therefore it's a worthless statement, as the press will continue to speculate, which will once again set the fans off again.

Actually, Robbie can't speak English, incase you didn't know that. So, like before, he gives an interview, which the media twist because of the translation and all the fans are on his back again. Great idea. You must work in PR.

I would imagine a lot of our players would want to leave if Barcelona were interested in them. The climate would suit robby, the type of football and he probably wouldn't get moaned at constantly about his work rate and his loyalty continually being questioned. He is a footballer from Brazil, he wasnt born in levenshulme, gorton etc. You pay your money just enjoy the fact you have the opportunity to watch one of the most iconic players of this generation.

This says alot
