Maybe this has something to do with it ......
Regarding Tuearts book .....
'Although a highly skilled and high-scoring winger, or wide striker as he prefers to be remembered, Tueart was always the ultimate team man. It is no surprise he savages Rodney Marsh and Georgi Kinkladze in his forthright book for being more interested in themselves than the City teams they played for'

Tueart also blames Marsh's arrival for being one of the reasons why he never managed to win a title medal with City in the 70's , citing that he doesn't know why the club even bought Marsh in the first place ...... Tueart claims Marsh's style of play didn't suit Citys , and he slowed the play down.
