It is very early days: he is an 18 year old prospect, playing well in his first two games for a club with lower expectations. I would have liked him to stay but I hope he does brilliantly and wants to return...if not, we move on.

I suspect part of his reasoning was because Pep went out and bought another player entering his prime to cover the position he plays,before giving him an opportunity to build on the brilliance he had shown in the EDS.
