Think we simply have to allow the pleasure of his success to outweigh any bitterness. It’s a real joy to see people flourish even if it’s not with us (yet); apropos, Douglas Luiz is today linked with a move to Juventus.I get more and more pissed off with this transfer every game the Saints play.

Agree he's been one of their best players so far.The goal will get him attention but he’s been one of the best players on the pitch vs Chelsea and United and Leicester.
This transfer might make Pep look a bit silly for not realising he’s ready, which will be great for future academy players if he pays attention.
Not so sure he'd have had enough minutes to develop at City. We could have a home grown, PL ready, ball playing DM in a season or two for a net 25m. Not too bad a deal imo.
