They are all champions of the country at their respective ages and have the chance of a career that the world can only dream of. There can be no shoe-ins in a world class team. You have to live and breathe the club and the opportunity and then fight for the right to take the place of someone else who is world class. That is how you build the skill, the mentality and the potential to become a leader in your field. If you do not want that, we are not the club for you. If you want it, and are prepared to take the risk, the result could be beyond your dreams.
