Buy-back for £40m is probably bargain pricing for what he actually would go for. Presuming Phillips goes I think we should activate it.

I honestly think we made huge blunder letting Lavia go. On what I have seen so far (before and after his bad injury) he is much better than Philllips. To be fair we don't let many good ones go but this looks likes a crazy decision.

He plays different to the way we play Rodri watched him a bit and he doesn’t break play up but on the ball he is quality!

Rather us not bother bring back one of our own Doyle old fashioned midfielder good passer good tackler and probably one of the best set play free kick takers in the championship..

If Southampton go down and we assume he wants to leave we have to bring him back. What we do with him is up for discussion, personally id look for a loan for at least another year, burnley could be an option, being at city and belgian, playing for vinny must have an appeal to him they play football similar to us it just seems too perfect not to do it. Whatever happens we cannot lose him to an arsenal chelsea or united we will regret it on a level like Chelsea letting kdb/salah go.
